Ooh la la!

These sophisticated little French pastries are making a big hit at Longwood Events: served on the dessert table, given out as favors or used to decorate the wedding cake. Macarons simply must be French, as in “directly from France” so they are one of the few treats that our fabulous Chef Jodi Bernhard does not make herself. She has hand selected few most beautiful colors and imports them on Bride's request.

Macarons come in virtually any shade to flawlessly match your color palette: from airy pastels to intense cassis. Flavors come to match: rose-lychee-raspberry, salted caramel, hazelnut brown butter, cassis violette, jasmine mango, bergamot. Many of them are seasonal. In Paris, macarons are an obsession. Everyone has their favorite flavor, perfume and address. If you are heading there for your honeymoon, let us know, and we will share with you our fav address.

Some spell it macaroon, some spell it macaron. We are sticking with macaron, so to not confuse it with coconut macaroons common in the US.
